Home Health Aide (HHA) 

Minimum Education

  • High school diploma or GED

Certifications

  • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within the first 90 days)

  • Medication Administration Training I, II, & III (will be provided if needed)

Skills 

  • Ability to assist clients with daily living activities, including hygiene, meal preparation, and transportation

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Compassion, patience, and understanding when working with individuals of varying abilities

Other Requirements

  • Must pass a background check. 

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred. 

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Experience

  • Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred but not required.

  • We will provide training to all new hires. 

Certifications

  • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within the first 90 days)

  • Medication Administration Training I, II, & III (will be provided if needed)

Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD) Services 

We proudly serve individuals under the Ohio DODD system, providing essential care tailored to the unique needs of our clients. Our certified and experienced staff ensure that all care is delivered with professionalism, empathy, and respect. 

Private Pay Services 

We offer flexible private pay options for clients seeking personalized care plans outside of state-supported programs. Our care team works closely with families to create customized care packages that suit individual needs and budgets. 

Companionship Services 

Our caregivers provide friendly, engaging companionship to help combat loneliness and isolation. Whether it’s a conversation over tea or accompanying clients to appointments, we ensure they feel supported and valued. 

Prescription Pick-Up 

We offer prescription pick-up services to help manage medication schedules, ensuring that our clients never miss an important dose. Our caregivers handle medication coordination and delivery, saving you time and worry.

Light Housekeeping 

To create a safe and clean living environment, our caregivers assist with light housekeeping tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, laundry, and organizing. We help maintain a comfortable home so that our clients can focus on their well-being.
