Home Health Aide (HHA)
Minimum Education
High school diploma or GED.
​​
​Certifications
CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within the first 90 days).
Medication Administration Training I, II, & III (will be provided if needed).

​Skills
Ability to assist clients with daily living activities, including hygiene, meal preparation, and transportation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassion, patience, and understanding when working with individuals of varying abilities.

Other Requirements
Must pass a background check.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Experience
Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred but not required; we will provide training to all new hires.
Certifications
CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within the first 90 days).
Medication Administration Training I, II, & III (will be provided if needed).
