About Us

I have been in the medical field since 2003 with more than 10 years of experience as a medical assistant, phlebotomist, LPN, and DSP for a developmental disability agency. Having a stepdaughter with cerebral palsy inspired me to start my own business, along with my desire to enter the world of entrepreneurship, motivated by the memory of my two late brothers.

Through the support of my three daughters, husband, mentors, and genuine close friends, along with my years of experience as a Medicaid independent nurse in the state of Ohio, a history of travel nursing, crisis nursing, and serving as an instructor for Medication Certification I, II, & III for the Ohio DODD, it led to the birth of "United To Thrive Care" Agency.

For me, this is more than just a job—this agency, like nursing, is a passion. My mission is to employ young adults to middle-aged individuals across Cincinnati and Dayton, creating a family-like atmosphere and treating our clientele with dignity, love, and compassion. Everyone deserves respect, no matter their race, origin, or ethnicity.
