Medication Administration
(Category 3) I, II & III:
Comprehensive instruction for safe and accurate medication administration in compliance with Ohio DODD standards
CPR & First Aid:
Essential lifesaving techniques for responding to emergencies with confidence and care
BLS & ACLS:
Advanced training for BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) for healthcare professionals focused on critical response and cardiac emergency management
STNA/CNA:
Comprehensive State Tested Nurse Aide (STNA) & Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training to prepare students for state certification, covering essential nursing skills, patient care techniques, infection control, safety procedures, and hands-on clinical experience
Direct Support Professional:
Direct Support Professional (DSP) initial training provides foundational instruction on person-centered care, safety protocols, communication skills, and Ohio DODD requirements

Administration Certification I, II & III
STEP 1: Download the Ohio DODD application to complete the fillable PDF form in order to attend the Medication Administration (MA) Certification Course.
STEP 2: Once downloaded, electronically complete the highlighted sections and e-sign the PDF application. Don't forget to save!
STEP 3: Upload the completed PDF application below, and select submit once complete.
